and a hole and a blind elastic stopper 4. The walls 2 of the housing include three sections, the upper and lower of which have a cylindrical shape and the middle one is conical, and the height of the upper section is 0.25 of the height of the container. At least one notch 5 is formed on the surface of the hollow elastic plug 4 adjacent to the inner surface of the walls 2, along the perimeter of its lower end for freeze-drying the contents of the container. At least one protrusion for fixing is formed on the surface of the deaf elastic tube 4 adjacent to the inner surface of the walls 2, at a distance of 0.25 of the height of the tube from its lower end. The invention relates to a package, namely a packaging container with a deaf plug an elastic material, for example, for a tampon intended for the medical diagnosis of human pathological changes, in particular in the female genital organs, mainly in the vagina.
The aim of the invention is to improve the convenience of operation and ensure the safety of the tampon.

The deaf elastic plug 4, for example, of soft rubber, is fitted. The walls 2 of the enclosure include three sections a, b and c, with the upper c and the bottom of the institute and the areas have a cylindrical shape, and the middle b is conical. The outer diameter of the lower portion a exceeds the outer diameter of the upper portion c, while the height of the upper portion from the walls 1 is 0.25 of the height of the container. At least one notch 5 (there are three of them in figure 4) is formed along the perimeter of its lower end on the surface of the blind elastic tube 4 adjacent to the inner side of the walls 2 to ensure the sublimation drying of the contents of the container.
At least one lug 6 (three in figure 6) can be formed on the surface of the elastic tube 4 adjacent to the inner side of the walls 2 of the container, at a distance of 0.25 of the height of the plug 4 from its lower end. 4 in a partially closed position.
The plug 4 has a disc-shaped part 7 for gripping it. The diameter of the disc-shaped part 7 is larger than the outer diameter of the walls adjacent to the opening 3 of the container body.

On the inner surface of the bottom 1, a recess 8 may be formed to fix the packaged tampon in the applicator.
The packaging container may be made of a metal with a high thermal conductivity, for example aluminum.
The notches 5 are so close to the axis of the tube 4 that its inner surface 9 is essentially formed by three narrow sections 10, 11 and 12, which connect in the region of the axis of the plug 4 and diverge radially outwardly from it, with the longitudinal axes of each two adjacent sections 10, 11 and 12 form an angle of 120.
In order for the stopper 4 to easily close the opening 3 of the container body, a chamfer 13 is formed in the lower part of the stopper 4.
The applicator 14 consists of an insertion sleeve 15 and a telescopically pushing sleeve 16 inserted into it of slightly smaller diameter. In the zone where the sleeves 15 and 16 overlap, they have an opening 17. Formed in the wall of the insertion sleeve 15, a flap 18 enters the opening 17 of the push sleeve 16, preventing the ejection sleeve 16 from sliding out of the insertion sleeve 15.
The tampon 19 is located in the insertion sleeve 15 so that the front end of the sleeve 15 is further than the front
the edges of the walls 2 of the housing in the area of the opening 3. In this position, the plug 4, due to the presence of the recesses 5, forms a channel between the inner surface of the walls 2 of the housing and the plug 4. This is necessary when processing the packaging container together with the contents in the freeze-drying unit. After the end of the drying process, it is possible to insert the stopper 4 up to the stop of its disk-shaped part 7 into the bent edges of the walls 2.
The presence on the inner surface of the bottom 1 of the packaging capacity of the recess
15 8 ensures fixation of the packaged tampon 19 placed in the applicator 14, prevents the lower end of the latter from being displaced radially and provides alignment with respect to the injection needle (not shown) with which the solution of the active substance is applied to the tampon 19.
Packing capacity is used
25 as follows.
An applicator 14 with a tampon 19 is inserted into a vertically standing container so that the front end of the tampon 19 faces the opening 3
30 capacity. With the help of an automatically operating filling device, an approximate end of the tampon 19 is introduced into the free space at the front end of the insertion sleeve 15 by means of an injection needle, thereby creating a free space of 2 ml of the active solution at the front of the tampon. Then the plug 4 is partially pressed into the opening 3 of the container. A batch of packaged containers prepared in this way, which are placed flush with each other, are loaded into a freeze drying unit. Due to the fact that the containers touch each other, fast cooling of the containers and their contents is ensured.
the end of the insertion sleeve 15. A solution of the active substance is poured into this space with which the tampon 19 is soaked. The free space at the front end of the insertion sleeve 15 contains approximately 3 ml of solution
To prevent some of the solution or active substance from penetrating into the walls of the insertion sleeve 15, its inner surface may be covered with an impermeable material, such as silicone, wax, film, a layer of plastic (in particular, polyvinyldene film) or aluminum foil.
Under the vacuum conditions created, a solvent, such as water, evaporates from the tampon 19 of the packaging container through the recesses 5 in the stopper 4. After the drying process is finished, the stopper 4 is pressed into the opening 3 of the container, sealing the last.
Returnable tape 20 of the tampon 19 is placed in the ejection sleeve 16.
If, after applying the solution akk. Application of the proposed packaging substance to the tampon 19 of the smashed container makes it possible to relieve partly in the opening 3 of the tampons with the active substance,
of the packing container, the protrusions 6 of you— (The larger external diameter of the lower part plays the role of stops for the bent walls of the packing container of the pivoting of the housing walls 2 in the area of the opening 3. In this position of the plug 4, due to the presence of notches 5, a channel forms between the inner surface of the walls of the housing 2 and cork 4. This is necessary when processing the packaging container together with the contents in a freeze-drying installation. After the drying process is finished, you can insert the cork 4 all the way up to its disc-shaped part 7 into the bent edges of c 2.
The presence on the inner surface of the bottom 1 of the packaging capacity of the recess
8 ensures the fixation of the packaged tampon 19 placed in the applicator 14, prevents the lower end of the latter from being displaced radially and provides alignment with respect to an injection needle (not shown) with which the solution of the active substance is applied to the tampon 19.
Packing capacity is used
in the following way.
An applicator 14 with a tampon 19 is inserted into a vertically standing container so that the front end of the tampon 19 faces the opening 3
capacity. Using an automatically operating filling device, approximately 2 ml of the active substance solution is injected into the free space at the front end of the insertion sleeve 15 by means of an injection needle. Then cork 4 partially into
pours into the opening 3 of the container. A batch of packaged containers prepared in this way, which are placed flush with each other, are loaded into a freeze drying unit. Due to the fact that the containers touch each other, fast cooling of the containers and their contents is ensured.
Under the vacuum conditions created, a solvent, such as water, evaporates from the tampon 19 of the packaging container through the recesses 5 in the stopper 4. After the drying process is finished, the stopper 4 is pressed into the opening 3 of the container, sealing the last.

It is necessary to accommodate a larger number of containers, while there is no unused space remaining between adjacent tanks, thereby increasing the capacity of the sublimation drying unit. In addition, the packaging containers are in contact over a large longitudinal section (about three parts of the container height), which improves heat transfer between the containers, while ensuring uniformity of the quality of the contents of the containers.
Making the container with the outer diameter of the upper portion of the walls smaller than the outer diameter of the lower portion shortens the heat transfer path from the tampon to the walls of the container, which shortens the cooling and drying time.
The presence of grooves on the surface of the blind plug allows the tube to be inserted into the container even before being placed in the freeze-drying installation.
5 Research Institute the diameter of the top, characterized in that, in order to increase the usability of the container and ensure the safety of the tampon, the height of the upper section of the walls of the packaging
20 of the container is 0.25 of its height, and on the surface of the deaf elastic stopper adjacent to the inside of the walls of the container, along the perimeter of its lower bunk, at least

in such a way that it is sufficient to provide an OD groove to ensure freeze-drying of the contents of the container.
it was precisely fixed in the hole and at the same time part of the hole in the container remained open for water vapor to escape. In addition, the partially inserted plug allows, immediately after drying, a quick and complete sealing of the container, thereby preventing the ingress of water vapor into the packaging container after drying.
The proposed packaging capacity facilitates the application of the active substance to the tampon and, by eliminating the influence of air and light humidity, ensures the safety of the tampon for a long time until its use for the purpose of Diagnostics or therapy.
